Dunadd Asset Management Limited is an Authorised Corporate Director, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (number 460783).
As an Authorised Corporate Director we are authorised to operate and to manage collective investment schemes (including OEICs) by the Financial Services Authority. The role is similar to that of the fund manager for a unit trust.
In addition we have authorisation to run unregulated collective investment schemes.
We currently offered a number of products to the marketplace as follows:
1. The Dunadd Capital Growth Fund. The Dunadd Capital Growth Fund is the first of the funds to be launched under the umbrella OEIC Dunadd Real Estate Fund, being one of the first to recognise the benefits of investing in commercial property development through an OEIC. The scheme is intended for investment by experienced and knowledgeable individuals, professional clients and eligible counterparties.

3. Operator of unregulated investment schemes such as Limited Partnerships. This involves ensuring that the scheme operates within the FSA and scheme rules.
The directors of Dunadd Asset Management Limited have a wide practical experience of investment, Financial Services and Property matters, collectively equipping them to perform the duties and responsibilities as fund managers and operators.
